Hej!

If you want to add to Libya's new naval ensign to Al Ghardabia you need to specify a source that a ship has been repaired and put into service. No service = no flag.

The new flag itself is sourced on it's description page. It has a link to a PressTV article and video about the Libyan Navy celebrating it's 49th birthday in November 2011 (that's after the fall of Ghadaffi's regime). In the video, yuou can see the new naval ensign. That means that while many of the LN ships were destroyed in the NATO attacks, some of them still survive and are back in use. Unless there is proof that the Projekt 1159 Jaguar is not in current use, or all of Libya's ones were destroyed, we have to assume that it flies under the new ensign as well. The sources in the article Projekt 1159 Jaguar says that Al Hani is in service with the new Libyan Navy since february 20, 2011. Al Ghardabia on the other hand was destroyed by NATO airstrike on the night between august 8 and 9. Unless there is any source she has been salvaged and repaired it is reasonable to assume she is still nothing but a wreck. /ℇsquilo 26 mars 2012 kl. 06.42 (CEST)Svara
I was unaware of that. Sorry. Fry1989 (disk) 27 mars 2012 kl. 05.16 (CEST)Svara
