- Nota in italiano: Nuove condizioni d'uso del sito
- Sarà ancora possibile prelevare materiale, anche d'archivio, dal sito Fotoguru.it con licenza BY-SA 2.5 e seguenti una volta terminato il restyling.
- E' possibile contattare direttamente Fotoguru per ottenere qualora ce ne sia necessità versioni ad alta risoluzione della immagini con la medesima licenza.
- L'attribuzione richiesta, cioè quello che va inserito nel campo autore, è Vincenzo Iaconianni - FOTOGURU ; nel campo Fonte è necessario inserire il link all'album contenente la foto o almeno al sito, così: [http://www.fotoguru.it Fotoguru] (che è il suo "pseudonimo");
- Non prelevare _tutte_ le foto di una singola galleria o di un evento. Ad esempio, per ogni personaggio diverso caricarne 2, 3, sempre a propria scelta, ma evitare di rendere Commons un mero mirror del suo sito dato che le immagini devono avere fine illustrativo e non di abbellimento e non giacere orfane senza motivo. Ricordarsi che l'autorizzazione non include foto non appartenenti alla famiglia Iaconianni.
Poiché tali richieste sono in accordo con il principio della BY-SA della ragionevolezza, si estende il punto 3 anche alle foto già caricate, se necessario. --Elitre (talk) 13:33, 9 September 2011 (UTC)

- Once the website's restyling is over, permission is still granted to use old and new pics from Vincenzo and daughters with the same license;
- in some cases it is possible to request high-res versions of them with the same license;
- new attribution name is Vincenzo Iaconianni - FOTOGURU (his nickname); a link to the album or at least to the website is _required_ in the Source field, i.e. [http://www.fotoguru.it Fotoguru];
- do not "harvest" the site; 2-3 pics of the same person are still ok, but Commons does not have to become a mirror of his site - also, consider that the pics should just have an informative content and not being orphan.
