Freedom of panorama in BiH is allowed for noncommercial purposes. This is a non-prof right? Btw, two of the photos were made during a Wiki-loves-monuments in Republika Srpska, the next tour is scheduled in a week or so, and they explicitly obide by bh. laws (see 'Слобода панораме' heading). --Ivan VA (talk) 11:30, 2 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

 Comment @Ivan VA: Usage for commercial purpose must be allowed for images to be on Commons. @Ivan VA: To be more clear, FoP is not problem with majority of monuments listed here: sr:Списак културних добара Српске, but FoP applies only to "modern" monuments and buildings in Bosnia and Herzegovina where author or architect is not dead more than 70 years. For example most frequent cases of uploaded images in RS are Category:Dolina heroja and Category:Monument to the Revolution (Kozara). --Smooth O (talk) 13:02, 2 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
