The artist w:Dyre Vaa died in 1980, which means this public art is still unfree for 70+1 years after his death. There is no commercial FOP for non-architecture in Norway.

This 1950 monument in Bergen, Norway is the work of sculptor en:Dyre Vaa, who died in 1980. So it is still protected by copyright in Norway. There is no freedom of panorama in Norway for sculptures etc., only for buildings. So the files are not ok for Wikimedia Commons and should be deleted. They can be restored in 2051.
