Sunkissedguy (talk · contribs) uploaded these photos:

They are small photos without metadata. I suspect copyright violation. Taivo (talk) 11:02, 3 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Another file by Sunkissedguy (talk · contribs), doubtful if it is his photo as the claimed author is "Purito Rosero", who is unlikely to be w:User:Sunkissedguy (Emman Ramirez). Copyright is usually held by the photographer and not the owner unless copyright transfer has occurred through formal written document or contract. If there is, such document must be sent via permissions-commons@wikimedia.org (COM:VRTS process). If not, Purito Rosero must send a correspondence that confirms he agrees to have his image licensed as such, also via permissions-commons@wikimedia.org. Deleted: Copy vio - We can always undelete if COM:VRT is provided and approved. Thanks everyone for participating and if you disagree with this decision please take it to Commons:Undeletion requests - unless there is a tech issue. Thanks for assuming good faith and happy holidays!. --Missvain (talk) 23:36, 27 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
