See Commons:Deletion requests/Template:Zionist symbol, the same problem, the same reason for deletion – Doc TaxonTalk19:06, 25 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Delete. The disclaimer covers this. Zanahary (talk) 11:00, 29 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Delete The disclaimer indeed covers this. As a free content site we don't need to be so considerate of authoritarian regimes, but keep promoting free content. פעמי-עליון (talk) 11:25, 5 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Delete Half of Commons’ content as well as the site itself are illegal in the PRC. Are we going to put legal disclaimers for the DPRK next? Dronebogus (talk) 14:12, 8 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Delete Yes. It is like creating a {{South Korean Symbol}} for North Korean users. Ox1997cow (talk) 15:07, 8 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I'd vote  Delete here per discussion, but then I'd be in search of a reason to keep Template:Nazi symbol, which is also only relevant in a few small countries. --Krd 13:41, 22 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
It’s relevant to a significant number of the world’s major democracies, all of which have very large populations, including Brazil, which is hardly “small”. This template is relevant to a single authoritarian state that blocks Wikimedia anyway. Dronebogus (talk) 07:54, 24 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Fair argument. I agree. --Krd 13:58, 29 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: per clear consensus. --Krd 08:41, 2 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
