Comment by Eloquence 18:55, 25 June 2006 (UTC): This audio file was created by Wikinewsie Leofan7, at a time when all Wikinews content was required to be licensed in the public domain per site policy. As such, it can be safely considered PD in the same way we consider user-submitted texts on Wikipedia to be GFDL.
