English: Tamago kake gohan ("egg sauce over rice") is a popular Japanese breakfast food consisting of boiled rice topped or mixed with raw egg, and optionally soy sauce.
日本語:卵かけご飯(たまごかけごはん)は、生の卵(鶏卵)をご飯(米飯)の上に乗せてまたは混ぜて食べるご飯料理、またはその食べ方。卵ぶっかけご飯、卵ぶっかけメシ、卵ご飯、または単に卵かけとも呼び、“卵”の文字に“玉子”を充てることもある。味噌汁及び漬け物、水産加工品(鯵の干物や乾燥海苔、あるいは海苔の佃煮)、卵焼き、納豆などを付け加えれば、日本のホテルや旅館での典型的な和朝食となる。

Dig a hollow in the center of the boiled rice of a Chawan (茶碗, a rice bowl) using chopsticks.
箸でご飯の中央に穴を開ける。 -
Pour in a beaten sauce to the hollow.
穴に溶いた卵を流し込む。 -
Stirs an egg with a soy sauce and rice. Black becomes thin and the beaten egg which looked black with soy sauce also shines with golden color.
