    From spiced mixtures to sweet cocktails, this lip-smacking bar menu is sure to impress your guests.

    Bittersweet Symphony
    Serve: 1

    Ingredients:
    Aromatic spice tonic: 3 (Note: Fragrant Mysore Jasmine delicately balances the spicy Malabar clove and the mysteriously bitter Quinine)
    Spiced Malabar honey: 6 ml
    Single malt whisky/scotch: 60 ml

    Method:
    - Add four drops of the tonic and spiced honey to the single malt whisky/scotch
    - Stir well, and add ice cube
    - Garnish with cinnamon stick (Optional)
    - Ready to serve

    Sunset Punch
    Serves: 4

    Ingredients:
    Vodka: 200 ml
    Fresh watermelon juice: 200 ml
    Peach Puree (sweetened): 200 ml
    Fresh lime juice: 150 ml
    Green Tea syrup: 100 ml
    Sparkling Wine: 400 ml

    Method:
    - Build up all the ingredients with assorted cut fruits in a large punch dispenser with a lot of ice cubes
    - Top up with sparkling wine and give the punch a quick stir
    - Serve with chilled old fashioned glasses filled with ice
    - Garnish with sliced fruits

    Ingredients:
    Dark rum: 45 ml
    Whipped cream: 15 ml
    Orange juice: 75 ml
    Pineapple juice: 75 ml

    Method:
    - Mix all the ingredients together
    - Pour the mixture in the glass
    - Garnish with mint, and slices of pineapple and orange

    Ingredients:
    Bitter Orange spice mix: 2 (Note: Kerala black pepper meets Cinnamon from Western Ghats)
    Spiced Malabar honey: 6 ml
    Single malt whisky/scotch: 60 ml

    - Add four drops of the spice mix and 6ml of spiced honey to the single malt whisky/scotch
    - Stir well and add ice cube
    - Garnish with cinnamon stick (Optional)

    Serves: 1

    Ingredients:
    Single malt whisky: 50 ml
    Salted Banana Syrup: 10 ml
    Angostura Bitters: 3 ml

    - Add all the ingredients in a mixing glass over ice
    - Stir for a few seconds and strain onto ice in a chilled old fashioned glass
    - Garnish with a dehydrated banana chip
