    DoT issues rules for surrender of administratively allotted spectrum

    As per the guidelines for surrender of administratively assigned spectrum, with access service authorisation, issued on Friday, the DoT said that the intimation by companies should be done not before 60 days and not later than 30 days, prior to the surrender date.
