The projects, spread across over five acres, have development potential of over 2.8 million sq ft. The Mahavir Nagar project has a development potential of over 2.5 million sq ft, with a free-sale RERA carpet area of up to 1 million sq ft holding a gross development value of nearly Rs 3,500 crore.

Buy tomatoes at Rs 80/kg: All the locations where the government is selling subsidized tomatoes
The Indian government has announced that discounted tomatoes will be sold through mobile vans to help ease household pressures caused by soaring tomato prices. Starting July 16, the price of tomatoes has been reduced to Rs80 per kilogram in locations such as Delhi, Noida, Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi, Patna, Muzaffarpur, and Arrah. The discounted tomato sales will be extended to more locations depending on market prices in other cities starting from Monday. The sale is conducted by the National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India and the National Cooperative Consumers' Federation of India.
