Starting this July, we will see a new contest on the scene - the Developing Countries WikiContest (WP:DCWC)! Think of it as a WikiCup but only for articles and media on developing countries.
Competitors may submit GAs, GTs, FAs, FTs, FLs, FPs, and DYK and ITN entries from/on developing countries to gain points and proceed to further rounds. Points are also awarded to those who review GAs, FAs and FLs.
Mexico is listed as a developing country for the purposes of this contest, so articles related to it are eligible to be submitted to the contest. I encourage everyone here to sign up and compete with editors from around the world to create high-quality content!

Finding sources for a State election.
editHello, I am not apart of Wikiproject Mexico, but I am currently working on a draft for an article about the 2013 Zacatecas State Elections (I started it as a translation from esWiki as a base). I am struggling to find reliable sources, and those I have found or adopted from the translation are contradictory- with both each other and esWiki content. Does anyone have any recommendations for institutions, archives, outlets, publications, etc. where I could find more sources or just general advice? Please inform me if I have asked this in the incorrect location. Thank you.
