Jeļena Ostapenko defeated Barbora Krejčíková in the final, 7–6(10–8), 6–4 to win the singles tennis title at the 2023 Birmingham Classic.[1]

Beatriz Haddad Maia was the reigning champion,[2] but withdrew before the tournament began, due to a knee injury.[3]
