Norman T. Spann (1904 – January 13, 1964)[1] was a justice of the Supreme Court of Alabama from 1956 to 1957.

Justice James J. Mayfield died on April 4, 1956, and Spann was appointed to succeed him on April 16, 1956.

After Spann resigned, James S. Coleman Jr. succeeded him as an Associate Justice on January 15, 1957 pursuant to his election.[2]
