In the penalty shoot-out, Khabra missed his chance, but East Begal won 0–3, when Sanju Pradhan found the net in the last take of the match.[12] Khabra made his continental debut during the 2010 AFC Cup while playing for East Bengal.[13] He played his debut continental match as a substitute for Nirmal Chettri on 10 March 2010 against Al-Ittihad Club, which ended in a 1–4 loss for East Bengal.[14] He was part of the team that won the 2011 Indian Super Cup.[15] He then represented East Bengal once in the 2011 AFC Cup against Persipura Jayapura on 10 May 2011, which drew 1–1 at full-time.[16] Khabra was on the bench for the 2012 IFA Shield final against United SC on 16 March 2012.
