Why was this removed as spam? I believe this is a valid reference which is relevant to Andrew Ladd and provides additional information that isn't available on the other external links.

HockeyNerd.com Andrew Ladd

Sorry if this was the wrong place to put this question but I wasn't sure how/where else to ask this.

Because it seems like the addition of the link is to promote and drive people to this web site which would violate Wikipedia:External links. The site gives out made up awards for minor accomplishment. Personally I don't see the value of things like:
Leading the Charge: As the Captain or Assistant, post 3 or more points in a game - 1
vlevo Jack of All Trades: Get at least 1 of all the positive game stats (shot, takeaway, blocked shot, hit) - 8

That is why I removed it. --Mo Rock...Monstrous (leech44) 19:29, 15 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I apologize for posting the link without discussing first. As per the policies, I didn't realize you weren't supposed to link to stuff you own without using the Talk page first. I'm new to this...

While the two examples that you posted are pushing the boundaries of what is viewed as a normal accomplishment for a game, I don't feel they are invalid or minor.

The next two are more conventional:
Burning Rubber: Score 2 goals in a game - 3
vlevo Stopping Everything: Have 5 or more blocks in a game - 1

Only 260 players had 2 goal games and only 144 players had games with 5 or more blocks (technically >=5 and <7 as after that is when the gold achievement kicks in). To me, that is an indicator of that players performance for that game.

Andrew Ladd may not be the best example as something like the Hat Trick Achievement is far from "made up", which isn't in his listing.

My intention is to share this information with other hockey nerds that would find this interesting, it just happens to be through a website. I'm not merely trying to drive traffic to a landing page without providing value to the visitor (at least I hope I'm adding value).
