The picture on this page is not of the Baltimore Harbor Tunnel. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.112.177.254 (talk) 02:29, 22 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Now it is correct.--Dthomsen8 (talk) 23:53, 3 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

tunnel pictures

[edit]

We have a very good picture from inside the tunnel in the infobox File:2016-08-12 15 49 22 View north along Interstate 895 (Baltimore Harbor Tunnel) in Baltimore City, Maryland.jpg. Is there any point in adding File:2007 09 16 - 895tunnel - WB 2.JPG? As the caption says, it's just "Another photo of the tunnel", and a bad quality one at that. I don't see how that blurred, colour-cast photo of the inside of the tunnel adds anything useful over what the infobox picture gives us.

The same user also added File:2016-08-12 18 37 09 View north along Interstate 895 (Baltimore Harbor Tunnel) just south of the north tunnel portal in Baltimore City, Maryland.jpg That's a decent quality picture, and it shows some interesting engineering details of the entrance. Thus it actually adds something useful to the article, and should be left in, in my opinion. Meters (talk) 19:26, 30 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I've moved the entrance picture to the description section (from the history section). So, now we have three entrance pictures, which seems a bit much. I'll leave it to others to decide if one of them should be removed. Meters (talk) 19:34, 30 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
