Questions

[edit]

What does Ricardo Prado mean, when he says he returned home "with gold in the neck." Is there a spelling error here? Copa America on Wikipedia is a football competition? --Rskp (talk) 06:32, 22 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Gold medal. Prado won the 400-meter medley: look here - Swimming at the 1982 World Aquatics Championships. "Carrying the gold medal in the neck". About Copa America, I think it's the same competition cited before, as "III Latin Swimming Cup". "Copa America" = "Latin America Cup". Yes, there is a football competition called Copa America, but "copa america" is a term that can be used for any sporting competition of America... sometimes the writers don't use the real or the correct name... Thanks for the clarification. --Rskp (talk) 22:47, 24 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
