An article[1] claims that the diving helmet used by salvagers was invented by Augustus Siebe and not by the Deane brothers themselves. Are there any sources to indicate otherwise?

Grammar

[edit]

Realising that the ship was settling in the water, orders were given to move the guns back into position to restore the ship's balance.

The first clause in the preceding sentence appears to modify "orders," and thus is a dangling modifier. Sca (talk) 13:02, 1 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Incorrect Date

[edit]

The section "Loss" states: "On 28 August 1792 Royal George was preparing to sail...". The year should be 1782. 175.39.206.205 (talk) 23:21, 20 July 2014‎
