Disambiguation?
[edit]Should this instead be a disambiguation page for Imperial Regalia of Japan and Imperial Regalia of the Holy Roman Empire? Nik42 04:36, 18 September 2006 (UTC)
- Err...Japan was not part of the Holy Roman Empire, no matter how much any Japanese person may have wished it to be so. Now, during WW II there was a certain...uh, relationship that existed. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 204.111.118.28 (talk) 17:30, 8 August 2009 (UTC)
Sword of Charlemagne
[edit]The 'Saber of Charlemagne' misdirects to 'Joyeuse' which is the French coronation sword (note the painting of Louis XIV wearing it) and has never been a part of the Imperial Regalia. Joyeuse is a broadsword and the Saber of Charlemagne is a saber, very early, probably of 10th or 11th century Magyar origin. It's origin is unknown; possibly a gift from one of the Arpads to one of the Saxon or Salian emperors.67.52.199.50 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 06:14, 23 December 2010 (UTC).
- You are right. Another editor has created an article that belongs to them. The links have changed. Thank you! Tri-l (talk) 15:15, 13 April 2014 (UTC)
