I'm going to expand this a bit, however I'm new here so I'm not very expert on formatting etc, anyway, here goes... Povmcdov 12:31, 24 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Number of Yew Trees

[edit]

Does the Painswick Beacon say there are 102 trees or simply that one fell down in July 2007? If the latter then stating there are now 102 is unreliable as we don't know when the count of 103 quoted by the V&A was made. Jjasi 06:51, 22 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I've checked the Beacon and it simply says that one of them fell down, nothing other than speculation as to how many there are, as a result I'll remove the comment. Jjasi 11:12, 22 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

School

[edit]

Whilst I accept that the amounts raised by the PTA might not be suitable for this page - I am going to make some further edits to the school page as I want to indicate that the town is not just a tourist attraction —Preceding unsigned comment added by Crossian (talkcontribs) 20:39, 7 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Considering that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and not a guidebook I have changed the wording to a less specific form that will not need updating constantly. Is the school notable enough to support a more detailed article about it? Lame Name (talk) 07:32, 8 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
