Aulla Alrais is an Iraqi public figure, born in Baghdad in 1990. She graduated from the British Institute of Accountancy and Management (BIAM) in 2018, and began her career with training and then obtained several certificates to make her a trainer in energy science, law of attraction, chakra science and femininity. Through her publications in social media, especially TikTok and Instagram, she became famous in Iraq and the Arab world for her visual publications (videos) through which she guides people by explaining the benefits of their knowledge of the importance and ability of feminine and masculine energy and the strength of the subconscious mind and its impact on People's finding to be new pathways to pursue happiness and re-arranging their goals with new concepts One of her most important lectures, which she gave in the presence of more than 100 attendants from trainers and well-known Iraqi figures in the field of psychology and energy, was under the title "Be More Beautiful", which took place in partnership with the Global Wellbeing Gate Institute, and through which she succeeded in highlighting the concepts and terms that couples must know and practice in the right way, the correct terms to lead them towards a happier marriage life and the most important of these terms were Yin and Yang theory. Among her famous publications are "Trusting a Partner", "How to Make Him Love Me" and "Time Management and the Danger of Laziness", which garnered millions of views (the total number of views on her social media portals is more than 60 million views until today). Aulla Alrais was crowned with the title of “Mrs Queen of Queens for the year 2021” by Al-Sawsan International Foundation, which specializes in the field of beauty queens contests in the Arab world and the Middle East, in a large ceremony at the city of Erbil, northern of Iraq with the presence of a large number of media and social figures from Iraq.

Aulla Alrais is also a prominent member of civil society organizations, the most important of which is the Iron Woman Organization concerned with women's rights and fighting of violence against women in Iraq. She also has many interviews with well-known satellite channels on the Iraqi and Arab world levels, such as Al Sharqiya TV, Al Rasheed TV, Dijlah TV, Al Hurra TV and Rudaw Media Network.
