Current Article Proposal

[edit]

I am currently working on a Wikipedia page titled Migrant education, which will focus on the history of migrant worker education, the current issues that migrant workers and their families face achieving educational success, the related government policies surrounding migrant education, and the current ideas of how to move forward and improve it.

Proposed Article Revision

[edit]

As part of a class assignment, I am currently revising the Migrant education article that I created last semester. I plan to improve the section on Migrant Education in the United States by expanding the section on demographics of school-aged internal migrants and immigrants. I will also add more sections on policy/legislation regarding education for migrant workers and immigrants. If I have too much information to fit on the Migrant education page, I will create a new page specifically on migrant education in the United States and link it to the parent article.
