From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Camp Davis was a private religious campground in the Analomink section of Stroud Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania. The camp made national headlines on newspapers and television when it was devastated by flooding from Hurricane Diane in August 1955.

Camp Davis was opened by Reverend Leon J. Davis, a conservative Baptist minister from Nanuet, New York on a land of cabins in Analomink.[1]
