Hi Drewchaveznm and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for creating the article Petroleum Storage Tank Bureau. Unfortunately, the article has been deleted several times, as it does not comply with our policies and guidelines: specifically, none of the iterations of the article mention why the Bureau is significant. The guideline most relevant in this case is for corporations, which notes, for example, that an organisation should have been covered significantly in independent reliable sources, such as newspapers and magazines. If the PSTB does not meet this guideline, then it is likely that an article is not appropriate at this time - quite often individual departments in local government do not merit their own article.

I will leave some links below which might be useful to you as a Wikipedia editor, but I would particularly like to point you to our conflict of interest guideline - editors with a perceived conflict of interest are not prohibited from editing in the area of the conflict, but it is suggested that they do so carefully, and discuss edits with other users. I think you also may have had a prior account, User:Drewchav? If this is an alternate account, you can make a note of it on your user page, but you should generally edit from only one account. If you have lost the password, you can request a new one on the log-in page, or the old account can be blocked if you no longer use it.
