Please stop adding yourself to the List of civil engineers. The list is not a directory of all civil engineers worldwide, as that would be far too long and unweildy. It is a list for people who are notable enough to warrant a Wikipedia article who are or have been civil engineers. Please read WP:N. If you add yourself back to the list without having first created an article which does not get deleted for non-notability, you will be considered a vandal.
