List of commercial failures in video gaming[edit]

So I was reading your WP:VG interview and decided to submit one of the articles you mentioned to reddit. It caused quite the traffic increase. JACOPLANE • 2011-04-7 21:17

A tag has been placed on Category:Wikipedia featured topics NWA World Historic Welterweight Champions indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and removing the speedy deletion tag. Liz Read! Talk! 16:02, 2 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Islands of Scotland topic[edit]

I am probably being a bit dense but I am hoping you can help explain the current status of this topic. In 2011 this edit closed the discussion with "consensus to promote as Featured Topic." It is now listed as a good topic, possibly as a result of Wikipedia:Featured topic removal candidates/Islands of Scotland/archive1 three years ago. However, somehow I missed this change and cannot find any evidence of when or specifically how and why it happened. Clues gratefully received. Ben MacDui 17:31, 14 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

It became a good topic when there were more good articles than featured content with the topic. There are eight good articles against seven featured. If it was the other way around it would be a featured topic. GamerPro64 17:34, 14 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Understood and thanks. Ben MacDui 07:20, 15 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
