Map, SA, 2020 CoViD-19 pandemic.

The Freestate province case was infact negative. I downloaded Inkspace, however right now, I'm on mobile. Please may you update the map. Ear-phone (talk) 19:33, 12 March 2020 (UTC)

Graph comparing deaths in other countries.

Hello there, this semi-log graph you have created is not per statistical standards and can be misleading. There are two main issues with the graph:

  • Countries selected. What is the relationship between the countries displayed with South Africa? (Taiwan, Iceland, China, USA, Italy and New Zealand). This is not obvious to the readers and also comes across as a subjective selection. There needs to be logic for graphs like these.
  • Number of countries selected. Why 7? Instead of say 5 or 10 or more?

To make a better graph, I would suggest that:

  • either countries in the African continent be chosen for a better relationship,
  • or countries from the top 10 list with highest number of deaths

A barnstar for you!

The Original Barnstar
Hi Jeandre, thank you for all your edits to the SA Covid-19 page. It makes such a positive difference to my life! The two parts I value the most are the SA and Western Cape statistics tables! I try to help as time and opportunity.

Kind regards LW Lundaling (talk) 04:29, 2 June 2020 (UTC)

Your help desk question.

You probably know more about the subject than I do, but did you ever solve this problem? I'm just letting you know no one responded, but I'm way behind reading the archives.— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 15:31, 3 June 2020 (UTC)

Covid stats in SA.

Hello. I see you have done a lot of work on the COVID article for SA. I am looking for the stats of the number of deaths in SA split by province. But I would like to see these numbers historically as well. I.e. what was the split of COVID deaths by province at the start of May and basically for each day since the first death. Where would I be able to find this info? Thanks! 163.202.51.15 (talk) 15:23, 4 June 2020 (UTC)
