Thank you for your kind message :) Out of interest, how did you find me ? :P If there is anything I can help you with, feel free to contact me and I will do my best to help you :) Tiddly-Tom 17:19, 23 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ah, Ok. See you around. Tiddly-Tom 18:50, 23 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I made this: DarkZorro for you, if you want to use if as your signature, go to my preferences, and copy <span style="border:1px solid #000000;">[[User:Dark Zorro|<font style="color:#708090;background:#000000;">'''Dark</font><font style="color:#000000;background:#708090;">Zorro'''</font>]]</span> into your signature box, making sure the raw signature box is checked. If you like a part of it, but want something changed, feel free to ask me. You don't have to use it, but I was board so I decided to make it :P Tiddly-Tom 19:15, 23 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
You are very welcome! And Thank You for the barnstar! :) Tiddly-Tom 19:48, 23 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
You seemed to like my user pages, like your new talk page? User page is more difficult, cant promise I will do it, but I will have a stab at it sometime, if you like. If you do not like your talk page, tell me and I will get rid of it. Tiddly-Tom 19:57, 23 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry to be a fun breaker, but I had to remove 2 of the images from your images page. I'm afraid you're not allowed to use non-free use images in User space. Sorry. ---- WebHamster 23:54, 26 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Welcoming

[edit]

Hey there dark, looks like you are getting along well. I noticed on your talk page that you like to welcome new users. May I suggest Friendly to you? I have just started using it in conjunction with the new user log. Take a look at it and feel free to contact me with any more questions. Tiddly-Tom 20:29, 16 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I have saved my monobook thing and hit ctrl-f5 and nothing seems to have happened on the monobook page i see what i copied in the dashed outline what did i do wrong?--DarkZorro 20:45, 16 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Firstly, what browser are you using? If it is firefox, press ctrl+shift+r. Go to a user talk page, and see if a tag labeled 'welcome' appears to the right of 'edit this page'. If you click on it, it will bring up a menu from which you can select a welcome. Fell free to test it on my talk page. Tiddly-Tom 20:51, 16 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Cool, contact me if you have any more problems. Also, I changed the top of your talk page :P If you don't like it, just tell me and I will get rid of it :P Tiddly-Tom 18:38, 19 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You can either select diffs from the Recent Changes (you might like to just do those from IPs as they contain more vandalism edits, or what I do is to use Lupins Anti-Vandal Tool and then use the Filter Recent Changes. Have a read of the link to the tool, and get back to me with any more questions. Thanks, Tiddly-Tom 07:18, 21 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Brilliant! Don't forget you can click the red button marked 'Vandalism' if the edit was vandalism, as then you will not have to enter an edit summery as it will produce one for you. Keep it up! Tiddly-Tom 19:23, 21 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you

hey thanx for the welcome and showing me how to get a wikipedia!!!!!!!!!!! thanx dark zorro--Cuttles65 (talk) 15:42, 27 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This must have happened because I deleted it about three hundredths of a second (five recent changes items) before you tagged it (which re-created the article). Does "Friendly" warn you when you are re-creating an article? It actually might not know, that quickly. Cheers, Antandrus (talk) 00:19, 29 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry about that I saw your user name first in the page history and thought I should warn somebody (as I couldn't really know who originally created the page). Guest9999 (talk) 00:26, 29 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Re: tagging pages

[edit]

Absolutely! If someone vandalizes, always warn them. The purpose of the tag saying "this IP is registered to xxxx" is to enable admins (or someone, I really don't know much about the details of this process) to contact the owner of the business/organization to tell them that someone is vandalizing Wikipedia from their premises. It is possible for the owner(s) to tell exactly who was using the computer that vandalized Wikipedia. Usually, the vandal will be punished in the real world because, obviously, they should be working, not vandalizing Wikipedia. J.delanoygabsadds 16:44, 29 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

WP:AIV

[edit]

Hi Dark Zorro. Thanks for reporting vandalism at WP:AIV. Some of your reports are improperly done, for example, [1] had only one edit today and none since 20 March. His/her last warning was in June 2007. Remember that most IPs change, and unless there is a surge of recent vandalism from an IP, it should not be blocked. Please read Wikipedia:Blocking IP addresses, and ask if you need help. Keep up the good work! PeterSymonds | talk 16:45, 29 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

RE: Adoption

[edit]

Sure, I'd be glad to adopt you! And adoption is anything you want it to be. Think of it as a mentorship; me helping you with the learning curve, basically. :) Master of Puppets Call me MoP! :) 20:53, 31 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hmm... not sure if it'll work out all the time, but we'll see. Consider yourself adopted in the meantime. :) Cheers, Master of Puppets Call me MoP! :) 21:05, 31 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Doing anything on Wikipedia is useful and will help us out greatly. For example, speedying new articles is only one of the possibilities. A popular choice is vandal fighting; if you're interested in that, you may like WP:HUGGLE, which is a program which helps the process. Make sure you understand what vandalism is, and how to warn vandals and where to report them. Master of Puppets Call me MoP! :) 02:32, 2 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

24 WikiProject

[edit]

Hello there, I see you are on the 24 WikiProject. It's been quite dead for some time now, and me personally, I intend to revive it. I considered maybe even a 24 Portal, i see the project founder hasn't been on Wikipedia for nearly a year. What are your thoughts on the project? Are you still interested in it? And would you help revive it? Let me know, I would intend to help out a lot, maybe "take over" the founders position, well not take over, but possibly help lead the project? Was just a thought and I wanted your input. My talk page would be the best place. Cheers, Steve Crossin (talk) (anon talk) 19:46, 5 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Note, the above message is what Steve Crossin asked me to say to you. The Helpful One (Review) 18:49, 5 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, the first thing you should do is go to the project page and read over it, it's been updated. Then re-add your name to the list. Once you've done both, make sure you read the page, then message me again. Cheers, Steve Crossin (talk) (anon talk) 22:41, 5 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for editing away what you thought was vandalism on my user page, but the anonymous IP was actually me.  :) Phoenix1304 (talk) 13:44, 30 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Question on my talk page

[edit]

Hi there!

I'm actually using a template made for that Help Desk question, which is {{Creation}}. For more information about that template and for some of the other templates made for the help desk, please look at Wikipedia:Help_desk/How_to_answer#Stock_answers. Please remember to subst the template, so for that response I simply typed {{subst:Creation|u}} and it brought up the creation template for the user. Switching u for i will bring up the creation template for an IP address.

Hope that helped and have a nice day!
