Delete - For a redirect to make sense it has to be plausible that people searching for "Boris Yakimov" are looking for THIS Boris Yakimov. However a simple GBooks search shows that there are a significant number of other Boris Yakimovs that people may be searching for who are equally (non) notable. The most prominent of these appears to have been Soviet Trade representative to Cuba before becoming the President of SUDOIMPORT, a prominent state-owned Russian shipping company. Comment - This page received an average number of 9 visits per month last year, all/nearly-all of which will have been webcrawlers/bots (~9 visits per month is the number of visits you would expect if no actual human visitors had loaded the page during that time). Who, exactly, is supposed to be searching for Boris Yakimov and looking for a bare mention of his name right at the bottom of this page and not some other Boris Yakimov?
