Lizinska 2,3-aminomutaza (EC 5.4.3.2, Lysine 2,3-aminomutase) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-lizin 2,3-aminomutaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- L-lizin (3S)-3,6-diaminoheksanoat
Dejstvo ovog enzima stimulišu S-adenozil-L-metionin i piridoksal fosfat.
