Anatoliy Matviyenko (22 March 1953 – 22 May 2020) was a Ukrainian politician. He was born in Bershad, Vinnytsia Oblast. He was Governor of the Vinnytsia Oblast from 1996 to 1998. He was a member of the Verkhovna Rada from 1990 to 1994, 1998 to 2005, 2006 to 2007 and again from 2014 until his death.

He was an activist of Komsomol in Ukraine (LKSMU) and by 1985 became a secretary of the Central Committee of LKSMU. In 1989-91 Matviyenko became the first secretary of the Ukrainian Komsomol and became a member of the Communist Party of Ukraine.

Matviyenko died on 22 May 2020 in Kyiv, at the age of 67.[1]
