Angela Deneece Alsobrooks (born February 23, 1971) is an American lawyer and politician. She is a member of the Democratic Party. She was elected county executive of Prince George's County, Maryland, in 2018.
In May 2023, Alsobrooks announced her candidacy for the United States Senate in the 2024 election to replace Ben Cardin.[1] In May 2024, she won the Democratic nomination, defeating U.S. Representative David Trone.[2]
