Historic monuments

[edit]

Where two otherwise very similar expressions exist, the shorter is generally preferable. In this case, I would use "historic monuments" rather than "historical monuments". (Similarly, I would generally use "use" rather than "utilize".) Nihil novi (talk) 08:35, 28 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

@Nihil novi: Fair enough; I am fine if you want to move this page to List of Historic Monuments (Poland). --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 10:02, 28 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Done. Thanks. Nihil novi (talk) 04:21, 29 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Polish article?

[edit]

How come there is no Polish language version of this article? German would be very nice, too. :) Cheers, Horst-schlaemma (talk) 00:50, 27 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I asked on pl wiki, but I think this is a minor list. I am not sure what is the criteria that the Institute used to create it. A more complete list can be found here: pl:Wikipedia:Wiki_Lubi_Zabytki/Lista_zabytków. This was created based on the data from the same institute for Polish editions of Wikipedia Loves Monuments. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 03:58, 27 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
pl:Pomnik historii. Why is not Historic Monument (Poland)? Marek Mazurkiewicz (talk) 21:33, 27 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
