Curiously, what’s the difference between the two? Do I understand it correctly that the instances of religious military order (Q474717) are limited to the orders of the Crusades, while those of order of chivalry (Q2003221) are for their more recent imitations?
Also to note is that some of the languages have the same labels for both (for instance, “Ritterorden” in German), and may need some cleanup.
