Miguel Freckleton (born 8 September 2002) is an English professional footballer who plays as a defender for EFL League Two side Swindon Town, on loan from EFL Championship club Sheffield United.[2]
Career
[edit]Freckleton began his career with Bristol Rovers's academy, before signing for non-league Mangotsfield United.[3][4] He moved to Sheffield United in December 2021,[5][6] following a trial and amidst interest from other clubs.[7]
He signed on loan for Wealdstone in November 2022,[8] being recalled in February 2023.[9] He then moved on loan to Yeovil Town,[10][11] and later spent time on loan with Chesterfield.[12][13] He signed on loan for Swindon Town in July 2024.[14][15]
Personal life
