告示牌音樂獎最佳歌手（英語：Billboard Music Award for Top Artist）是由美國知名音樂雜誌《告示牌》主辦的音樂獎告示牌音樂獎所設立的獎項之一，該獎項於1993年（英语：1993 Billboard Music Awards）開始設立，最初獎項名稱為世界最佳歌手（#1 World Artist），1995年起更名為年度歌手（Artist of the Year）。2011年，該獎項更名為最佳歌手（Top Artist）並沿用至今。

德雷克和泰勒絲是獲得該獎項最多次的藝人，後者更是獲得最多次提名的藝人，截至2023年一共獲提名9次並獲獎3次。
