The 2002–03 B Group was the 47th season of the Bulgarian B Football Group, the second tier of the Bulgarian football league system. A total of 16 teams contested the league.[1]

Notes:
  1. ^ Yantra Gabrovo were relegated to V Group due to a lack of finances.
  2. ^ Olimpik Teteven were relegated to V Group due to a lack of finances.
  3. ^ Dunav Ruse were docked three points for failing to show in round 26.
  4. ^ Botev Vratsa were excluded after eight matches and demoted to their regional third level league (Southeastern V Group) for failing to show for the first two matches after the winter break, they had 3 points deducted for failing to show up at the first match and their results were annulled.
