Shouldn't this category be merged with the similar category Theory of computation ? PhS (talk) 18:47, 8 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I doubt it, there are in computer science a lot of theory which is not directly related to the "computation" problem.Arthur MILCHIOR (talk) 00:51, 19 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Requires diffusion/Messy

Considering the broadness of the Theoretical CS subject, I detected many issues with this category: it lacks subcategorization and many articles, namely those related to algorithms, shouldn't be placed on it. In order to solve these issues, I propose the creation of more subcategories, and maybe deleting algorithm articles from this category. Pedro Felgueiras (talk) 14:50, 23 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
