Divorce timeline

[edit]

As there appears to be a steady stream of anons determined to speed the end of De Laurentiis' marriage, here is the math involved in determining a earliest possible date that she and her husband are no longer married. Todd Thompson filed divorce papers with the court on or around December 30, 2014.[1][2] California law requires a minimum of six months for a divorce to become final.[3][4] Given these two pieces of information, and assuming no delays in the process, the earliest Thompson and De Laurentiis can receive a divorce is at the end of June 2015. --Allen3 talk 00:50, 4 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
