OKB naming?

[edit]

The Bisnovat (later Molniya)… -- this looks like "Bisnovat" is an OKB name like "Molniya" does. It is not. "Bisnovat" is the last name of Matius Ruvimovich Bisnovat, chief designer of that OKB. --jno 12:40, 5 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Inverse monopulse

[edit]

Is that "inverse" a translation or auto correction error? It might mean "Interferometer". But even that is unlikely. The Mig-25 introduced a pulse doppler radar in the NATO J band (radio frequencies from 10 to 20 GHz equivalent to wavelengths between 3 and 1.5 cm). In order to hit a target it takes a high update rate and high angular resolution. The angular resolution part is the problem. --Moritzgedig (talk) 19:26, 11 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
