Sorry but I deleted the gay village material because I don't believe thats what the Zona Rosa represents at all. I have lived near the Zona Rosa for over a year now and have never once heard it referred to as being a gay village or even a popular place for gays to go out in. I have never seen any bars/clubs that are targeting this group either. So could someone post some concrete information as to why this would be considered a gay village? Maybe post some bars/clubs that are targeted at gay's. Anyway, my info is still pertinent and I will add it back in. Thanks. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 190.253.240.46 (talk) 13:34, 23 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Jlatino's revision is fine, except for removing all mention of the neighborhood being a gay village. The reason the article exists is that the original information was extracted from the list of gay villages and this page is now linked to from there. Merger proposal

[edit]

Non-notable commercial neighborhood of Bogotá; article has no sources and is unlikely to expand greatly. It's not even really a barrio – it's the nickname for the area where many of the bars and restaurants are. Suggest merging it into the article for its parent municipality.
