Walter Pidgeon (September 23, 1897 – September 25, 1984) was a Canadian actor. He was born in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada. He starred in many movies, including Forbidden Planet. He died in Santa Monica, California[1] on September 25, 1984, two days after his 87th birthday.
