What I love about using buy&ship is the flexibility of sending my purchases to any of the warehouse locations around the world. This means, I can save on delivery cost between merchant and the warehouse and I receive the product much quicker because of the proximity.

Been using buy&ship for years. It is easy to use once you start. Recently, I also started using their proxy order service and it was seamless as well. Now, I can buy things from other countries at affordable shipping.

Improvement on reporting esp reminding customer on the 3 months limitation before the item is disposed. Good to say when it will be disposed.

When my items arrive into singapore, there was no notification to pay tax until much later. I have to actively chat the customer service 2x to ask someone to pls send me invoice to pay. Then I have to deal separately with JANIO instead of Buy&Ship. So everything feels very complex and long winded

In terms of delivery still one of the best but cud improve on local courier services. My last order delivery was extremely late also unable to choose delivery date as sometimes we are not home to receive and local delivery just leave outside the door which is common area and visible to passerby.

I'm from Malaysia and through them was able to buy something from a platform only available in Mainland China. My item arrived with no issue and the entire process was smooth. Buy&Ship's website has a lot useful information regarding orders/order progress and their customer service has a very quick response time. Overall, their prices are reasonable too, would definitely use again.

It's been a month and I still yet to receive my parcel. Contacted singapore side, they claimed they have not received any parcel from hongkong. Meanwhile, hongkong side have not replied despite sending 2 email. Status of the parcel showed cancelled.

It's my first time and service was really smooth. At first I didn't know what to expect and I was worried about the parcel reaching the warehouse during closing hours but it was always picked up individually at the post office despite that. I'm very grateful. It's my 4th time ordering and I'm definitely using Buy&Ship in the long run. Thank you

Extremely affordable rates. I like that I can hold & combine parcels to maximise value. Buy&Ship is a godsend to those who love buying Lululemons from US/CA/AU/EU/JP sites and balk at the ridiculous prices that Lululemon in Singapore charge. I have used Buy&Ship close to a 100 times and never once have I ever had a missing parcel. Definitely reliable and trustworthy.

I have been a customer for years BUT I have had it with them dragging the delivery period, not by a few days but 2 weeks or even more. They hold the parcels at the overseas warehouse and then ship them to HK for consolidation only every Fri without being upfront about this to the customer. I think it started some time this year. Plus they indicate "enroute to HK" when in reality, the parcel is still kept at the overseas warehouse (eg UK) until dispatch on Fridays. Good luck to you if your parcel reaches their overseas warehouse late Fri, as you have to wait till the next Fri for them to ship to HK for consolidation. Not even to your destination country yet. My parcel will not reach me in time for my overseas trip so I have to waste time and money buying similar clothing (and I can't find exactly the same type) to bring to a cold and rough environment. And they tell me to use UPS but that the timing still won't work. Why should I pay for UPS service halfway through when they have not been upfront, and when using UPS at this time will still not expedite the delivery? This is not acceptable.

The shipping was clearly updated at each step. Only negative feed back was the in country local courier. They did not give notice that the delivery would be on that day. So it was a surprise to see it on my doorstep.
