Robbery Arrest

edit

Can anyone please add to the robbery section or verify the information? This is one of the biggest stories involving Head. --TheAznSensation 6 July 2005 05:55 (UTC)

It was almost totally inaccurate. Head was arrested for driving on a suspended license. A complaint was filed with the police regarding the incident in the apartment, but charges were never filed; I don't believe anyone was arrested. Circumstances of the incident have never been made public. It was not the residents of the incident-apartment who chose not to pursue it -- it was the State's Attorney for Champaign County who decided not to upon hearing all of the facts of the situation. As a direct result of not putting an end to the seemingly endless speculation of what occurred, the State's Attorney narrowly lost re-election in the next general election -- a primary campaigning point of the now-State's Attorney's campaign, or at least her political party, was that the then-State's Attorney was soft on justice and abused his power by not charging Head. The public continues to speculate on this, but you should not have this section included in the bio since you obviously do not have your "facts" straight. You could be sued for putting this out there as though it were fact. What is your source? it isn't listed.

I'm not sure information taken from Luther's facebook profile should be in this article. Alharrison 19:10, 28 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Agreed. This has no place in a Wiki entry. I am deleting. Tool2Die4 (talk) 20:30, 26 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

This article was automatically assessed because at least one WikiProject had rated the article as start, and the rating on other projects was brought up to start class. BetacommandBot 07:15, 10 November 2007 (UTC)Reply
