Welcome to Wikipedia!!! First of all, I would like to thank you for visiting Wikipedia and my personal page. I'm a native speaker of English, and love reading fantasy books; may I introduce some to you? The Dragonlance series, Shannara series, and Animorphs are my favourites. Anyway, I hope that Wikipedia will become an even better encyclopedia than it is already.
I just came back from a very long Wikibreak; so I just want to let you Wikipedians know that somewhere out there, I'm still alive. That means you're free to ask me any questions, or contact me about anything (and everything). I'm still open for coaching, so send me a message if you need a coach. If you want someone else for whatever reason, look here. I'm only free on weekends though, so I won't be able to respond to your messages that quickly. And my autograph page is still up and running, so don't hesitate to add your siggie in there! And I have a couple (only a couple, I'm afraid...I'm too lazy to make more =)) of cards that I've made featured here; take a look! Well, that's all I guess. Cheers and a happy new year to you! Edit: I am no longer active on Wikipedia (as a User, at least) so I'm afraid I can't answer questions from anyone - I suggest that you try looking for an active User around the site if you really need help. When all else fails, moderators, admins, even the Community Portal on your left will work. See you around!
The Hass avocado is a variety of avocado with dark green, bumpy skin. It was first grown and sold by the American horticulturist Rudolph Hass, who also gave it his name. The Hass is one of the most commercially popular avocado cultivars and accounts for more than 80 percent of the crop in the United States. This is due to its taste, size, shelf-life, high growing yield and in some areas, year-round harvesting. The fruit has a mass of 200 to 300 grams (8 to 10 ounces) and, when ripe, its skin becomes a dark purplish-black that yields to gentle pressure. The centre part of the inner fruit then becomes white-green. This picture shows a whole and a halved Hass avocado, cultivated in Colombia. The photograph was focus-stacked from 12 separate images.Photograph credit: Ivar Leidus
