I have submitted deletion requests for photographs in this category where I hope discussion will address this question: Because this unique work is on permanent public display in the United States, does Commons:Freedom of panorama apply? Can photographs of the work be hosted at Commons? Files have been deleted in the past — and there is this deletion discussion regarding images of the Korean War Veterans Memorial.

@WFinch: sadly, the only copyrighted public space works that Commons can accept are architecture. The United States has no commercial freedom of panorama for copyrighted non-architecture: see COM:FOP US. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 03:30, 22 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for making this so clear, and for that link. — WFinch (talk) 14:28, 22 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
