Hello, Bruxton,

Deleting this draft has been one of my least favorite admin tasks. I even once edited this draft months ago to prevent its deletion as a G13 stale draft. But I felt like I had to honor your request. David was one of my favorite people on the project and I went to him for advice about Draft space a lot when I was a new admin and even later.
