Hasil is a village in Chakwal district, Punjab, Pakistan with a population of 15000.There are three public sector schools in this village. This village is located on the edge of river sawan. One notable person who was born in this village is Mr.Muhammad Ikram, a young lecturer in English at College of Arts and Sciences, University of Chakwal.

An Internationally famous personality who was born at Hasal- Dist. Chakwal is Kundan Lal Jaggi s/o Ganda Mal Jaggi and Chanan Devi. Kundan Lal Jaggi moved from Peshawar to Delhi at the time of the Partition and set up the Moti Mahal Restaurant in Delhi which became world famous. He was awarded the Culinary Legend Award by IFCA in 2017 for the creation of Butter Chicken and Dal Makhani.
