Isoflupredone, also known as deltafludrocortisone and 9α-fluoroprednisolone, is a synthetic glucocorticoid corticosteroid which was never marketed.[1][2]

Its acetate ester, isoflupredone acetate, is used in veterinary medicine.[3]
